Huff. All packages will be thoroughly reviewed in preparation of the formal award recommendation.
Thursday, April 16, 2020: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on
Monday, April 20, 2020.
Monday, April 20, 2020: After a thorough review by Mr. Huff, a determination was made that responses received were fully qualified and compliant with all bid
requirements and specifications as asked for. It is formally recommended that Coastal Energy Corporation is awarded as the Primary supplier, and Vance Brothers is
awarded as the Secondary supplier, for this bid.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information, made a motion as such and it passed unanimously.
