Wednesday March 4, 2020: This bid process resulted in only one Vendor response, which
was opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public, after which a decision was made
to allow time for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge Administrator,
Devin Huff.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday March 9, 2020.
Monday March 16, 2020: After a complete and thorough review of the detailed pricing
offered, Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff and I recommend awarding Brehmer
Manufacturing and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
This award, in the amount of $27,193.00, is for a Portable Tire Cutter, which was made and
entered into the record by the Taney County Commission.
