Wednesday March 4, 2020: Despite multiple bid invitations to numerous Dodge
Dealerships, this bid process resulted in only one Vendor response, which was opened in
the Commission Hearing Room, in public, after which a decision was made to allow time
for a thorough review of said information by Sheriff Jimmie Russell.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Monday March 9, 2020.
Monday March 16, 2020: After a complete and thorough review of the detailed pricing
offered and comparing the State of Missouri pricing, which is within $50.00, Sheriff
Jimmie Russell and I recommend awarding Tri-Lakes Motors and ask the Commission for
a motion vote as such.
NOTE: Warranty has been offered at an additional cost of $3,050 per vehicle.
This award, in the amount of $32,994.00 per vehicle, is for three (3) or more 2020 Dodge
Durango Pursuit AWD SUV’s, which was made and entered into the record by the Taney
County Commission.
