AUGUST 18, 2006 THE 14TH DAY OF
THE AUGUST ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 11:00 a.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record.
BUILDER’S RISK POLICY
Presiding Commission Pennel made a motion to add an a Builder's Risk policy to
the county's existing insurance at a rate of $50,000.00 for a two-year policy plus
administrative fees. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
