RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES D
 Answer inco oming 9-1-1 anda administrative lines pro ofessionally aand in a timelly manner.
 Process, doccument and deetermine apprropriate respo onse for emerggency and noon-emergencyy calls.
 Multi-task in
n a high call volume,
v high--stress environment.
 Understand computer aid ded dispatch (C CAD), state and
a federal (M MULES and N NCIC), variouus mapping, rradio and
phone systems.
 Deal with diifficult and unncooperative callers.
c
 Dispatch callls for servicee to multiple law enforcement and fire service agenciies.
 Entry and vaalidation of warrants,
w stoleen articles and
d ex partes.
 Answer, resppond and doccument radio traffic
t accorddingly

ALIFICATIO
QUA ONS AND SK KILLS
 High Schooll Diploma or GED. Experrience as a Disspatcher prefe ferred.
 High level of

 Must be at leeast 21 years of age

SALARY: $ 13.7
77 per hour ST
TATUS: Full Time, 40 houurs per week
