Tuesday February 19, 2020: This bid process resulted in the above Vendor responses,
which were opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public, after which a decision
was made to allow time for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge
Administrator, Devin Huff. An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a
formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission for Monday February
24, 2020.
Monday February 24, 2020: After a complete and thorough review of the detailed pricing
offered, Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff, and I recommend for award East
Manufacturing Corporation of Randolph, Ohio as the low bidder. After a brief discussion
ensued, a motion was made to award as such and the Taney County Commission voted
unanimously to do so. This award, in the amount of $54,100.00, is for two (2) or more
complete Transfer/Tipping Trailer Units.
