MINUTES
TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY November 20, 2019, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
Call to Order:
Chairman Howard Kitchen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Kitchen swore in th e
speakers before the meeting.
Present: Not Present:
David Herd Rick Persinger
Cory Roebuck
Howard Kitchen
Trent Edwards
Also present was Planning Administrator Scott Starrett and minute taker Presley Cozort.
Scott Starrett established a quorum and an explanation o f public hearing procedures, presentation
of exhibits and governing statutes.
Review and Action:
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve the Regular Minutes from October 16, 2019. Mr. Edwards
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: David Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck
(aye), Rick Persinger (absent), Trent Edwards (aye) and Howard Kitchen (aye).
Public Hearings:
#19-07V: Applicant Matthew Creedon with Branson Land & Property LLC was present. Mr.
Edwards moved to approve variance as requested. Mr. Herd seconded the motion. The motion
passed by roll call vote: David Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck (aye), Rick Persinger (absent), Trent
Edwards (aye) and Howard Kitchen (aye).
Old and New Business:
None.
Adjournment:
Mr. Edwards moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:28 p.m. Mr. Herd seconded the motion. The
motion passed by roll call vote: David Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck (aye), Rick Persinger (absent),
Trent Edwards (aye) and Howard Kitchen (aye).
