TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTM ENT

Call To Order:
Board member Trent Edwards called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Scott Starrett established
a quorum and an explanation o f public hearing procedures, presentation o f exhibits and
governing statutes. Mr. Edwards swore in the speakers before the meeting.

Review and Action:
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve Regular Session M inutes from September 25, 2019. Mr. H erd
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: David Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck
(aye), Rick Persinger (aye), Trent Edwards (aye) and Howard Kitchen (absent).
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve Closed Session M inutes from September 25, 2019. Mr. H erd
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: David Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck
(aye), Rick Persinger (aye), Trent Edwards (aye) and Howard Kitchen (absent).

Public Hearings:
#19-06V: A pplicant Ethan M oore was present. Mr. Herd moved to approve the variance request
from Mr. Moore. Mr. Roebuck seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: D avid
Herd (aye), Cory Roebuck (aye), Rick Persinger (aye), Trent Edwards (aye) and Howard K itchen
(absent).
