TANEY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY October 15, 2019, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
The Taney County Planning Commission held a public hearing on Monday October 15, 201 9,
located at Taney County Courthouse, County Commission Hearing room, 132 David Street,
Forsyth, Missouri. Doug Faubion called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

George Cramer
Also present was Planning Administrator Scott Starrett.
Mr. Starrett read a statement outlining the procedures for the meeting and presented the exhibits.
Review and Action:
Mr. Haes moved to approve the Regular Session Minutes from September 9, 2019. Mr. Cramer
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Roger Hoenes (aye), George Cramer
(aye), Doug Faubion (aye), Devin Huff (aye), Randy Haes (aye), Randy Fogle (aye), Howard
Kitchen (absent) and Dave Stewart (absent).
Public Hearing and Final Vote:
#19-35: Applicant Sandra Sisson was present. Betsy Ellingson the applicants’ landscape architect
was present to speak for the applicant. Saundra Strange and Jill Will were present to speak
against the applicant. Mr. Cramer moved to deny the application. Mr. Fogle seconded the motion
based upon the nightly rental use not being compatible with the three (3) homes on the east side
of Sunrise Cove Road. The motion passed by roll call vote: Roger Hoenes (aye), George Cramer
(aye), Doug Faubion (aye), Devin Huff (aye), Randy Haes (aye), Randy Fogle (aye), H ow ard
Kitchen (absent) and Dave Stewart (absent).
Concepts:
#19-36: Applicant Jeramie Worley was present. Mr. Cramer told the applicant to inform his
suiTounding neighbors of possible future uses for what his application is asking.
#19-48: Applicant Jerome Harris and his Attorney Scott Hall were present.
#19-49: Applicants Roy & India Davis were present.
#19-50: Applicants Matthew & Kimberly Gass were present.
#19-51: Applicant Howard Isner was present.
#19-52: Applicant Doug Brown was present.
Old and New Business:
None.
Adjournment:
Mr. Cramer moved to adjourn at 7:51 p.m. Mr. Haes seconded the motion. The motion passed by
roll call vote: Roger Hoenes (aye), George Cramer (aye), Doug Faubion (aye), Devin Huff (aye),
Randy Haes (aye), Randy Fogle (aye), Howard Kitchen (absent) and Dave Stewart (absent).
