TANEY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY September 9, 2019, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
The Taney County Planning Commission held a public hearing on Monday September 9, 20 19,
located at Taney County Courthouse, County Commission Hearing room, 132 David Street,
Forsyth, Missouri. George Cramer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

George Cramer Howard Kitchen
Devin H uff Doug Faubion
Randy Fogle Dave Stewart
Randy Haes
Roger Hoenes
Also present was Planning Administrator Scott Starrett and Secretary Presley Cozort.
George Cramer sat in as chairman o f the board for Howard Kitchen.
Review and Action:
Mr.Haes moved to approve the August 12, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes with corrections. Mr.
Fogle seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Howard Kitchen (absent), Devin
Huff (aye), Randy Fogle (aye), Doug Faubion (absent), Dave Stewart (absent), George Cramer
(aye) and Roger Hoenes (aye)
Public Hearing and Final Vote:
None
Concepts:
#19-35: Sandra Sisson was present. Mrs. Sisson was informed she would need a local
representative for her nightly rental and her next public hearing date would be October 15, 2019.

Mr. Haes moved to adjourn at 6:14 p.m. Mr. Huff seconded the motion. The motion passed by
roll call vote: Howard Kitchen (absent), Devin Huff (aye), Randy Fogle (aye), Doug Faubion
(absent), Dave Stewart (absent), George Cramer (aye) and Roger Hoenes (aye).
