MINUTES
TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 2019, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURTHOUSE
Call to Order:
Chairman Howard Kitchen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A quorum
was established with four members present. They were: Howard Kitchen, Trent
Edwards, Rick Persinger, and Cory Roebuck. Staff present: Scott Starrett and Bonita
Kissee-Soutee. The governing statutes were read by Mr. Starrett who also read a
statement outlining the procedures for this meeting and presented the exhibits. Mr.
Kitchen swore in the speakers.
Review and Action:
Minutes, February 20, 2019; with no additions or corrections a motion was made
by Mr. Edwards to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by Mr. Roebuck. The vote
to approve the minutes was unanimous.
Public Hearing:
#19-01V, Ted Underhill LLC, variance proposed front setback located on
Underhill Drive. Mr. Starrett presented the staff report and location maps of the site.
Mr. Charlie Ingrum was present to represent the request. No one signed up to speak.
He gave a brief history of the project. The units are whole ownership. Discussion
followed regarding the dead end road, all units have two car garages, parking, nightly
rental are not allowed, plenty of room for emergency vehicles, and there is an HOA.
After discussion a motion was made by Mr. Persinger to approve the variance.
Seconded by Mr. Edwards. The vote to approve was unanimous.

No discussion.
Adjournment:
With no other business on the agenda for March 20, 2019 the meeting adjourned
at 6:21 p.m.
