Wednesday March 20, 2019: After opening responses from both of the above listed companies
today initial details were noted by Taney County Highway Administrator, Devin Huff, and me.
These responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Huff. An agenda request has been made,
and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission
on Monday March 25, 2019.
Monday March 25, 2019: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Huff delivered the above
bid results along with his recommendation, to the Taney County Commission, to award to
Viebrock Sales & Service, LLC. as Primary and Metal Culverts, Inc. as Secondary. Subsequent
agreements for both will reflect the above prices for ongoing purchases by Taney County on an
“as needed” basis. The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously to award as such.
Agreements will be issued for an initial period of 12 months with renewal options. (3- 1 year
periods.)
