Wednesday November 28, 2018: After opening responses from both of the above listed companies
today, in public, submitted pricing was read aloud and noted by Taney County Recorder of Deeds,
Robert Dixon, and me. Both responses qualified to be considered and will be thoroughly reviewed
by Mr. Dixon and his staff. A request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday December 3, 2018.
Monday December 3, 2018: After his thorough review I delivered Mr. Dixon’s recommendation to
the Taney County Commission to award to; P.F. Pettibone & Co. of; Crystal Lake, Illinois as the
lowest Bidder per their response as listed above.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to P.F. Pettibone & Co. of; Crystal Lake, Illinois – as recommended.
