BID AWARD RESULTS
BID DATE; Wednesday November 21, 2018
BID FOR; Septic System Services
BID NUMBER; RFB# 201810-418
Wednesday November 21, 2018: After opening responses received from the below
listed Vendors, for the above listed RFB, in the Commission Hearing Room – in public,
a decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of said information by Taney
County Environmental Services Director John Soutee. During the course of the next
week, or so, John will review all aspects of each full bid response very closely in
addition to the three submitted pricing averages as listed below.
A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday December 3,
2018 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and approved.

RESULTS:
VENDORS CITY TOTAL BID PRICE AVERAGE (per location)
Boerman Septic Services Forsyth, Mo. $131.66
S & S Septic Services Forsyth, Mo. $133.33
Ozarks Environmental Services Kimberling City, Mo. $146.11

Monday December 3, 2018: After a complete and thorough review by Mr. Soutee, of all
three responses, two of the three above responses were found to be very close.
However, the lowest proposed costs to the County, per their above bid response, came
from Boerman Septic Services. Therefore, with all other requirements asked for within
our solicitation being met, we formally recommended Boerman Septic Services of
Forsyth, Missouri as low bidder for award of this bid. This being the overall best choice
for the County we asked for a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award
as such. Said motion was made and the Commission voted unanimously to award to
Boerman as recommended.
Any subsequent Agreement shall commence on the date it is fully executed and extend
for 12 months thereafter with an option to automatically renew for an additional one-year
period by order of the Taney County Commission subject to the pricing clauses as
agreed to, and offered by this Awarded Contractor’s bid response.
Thank you.
