Wednesday September 19, 2018: After opening response packages from the above listed companies, today, initial
details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Administrator Devin Huff, and myself. All response packages
will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Huff as well as Sheriff Russell. An agenda request has been made, and approved,
to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday September 24, 2018.
Monday September 24, 2018: After a complete and thorough review, of all three responses, two of the three above
responses fully qualified to participate with overall competitive pricing covering services of value to Taney County. As
such we recommended to the Taney County Commission to award to Jim’s Auto Body of Forsyth, Missouri as low
bidder for primary “Auto Body Repair Services” provider, and Kivett’s Body Shop of Hollister, Missouri as secondary.
Tri-Lakes Motors did not complete section #4, did not supply a W9, and included no copies of their response as
asked for.
A motion was made to award as recommended and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously to do
so. A subsequent Agreement will be issued for 12 months with three (3) one year renewals – per mutual agreement
on pricing, etc, at that time.
