MARCH 22, 2006 THE 28TH DAY
OF THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 11:00 a.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding via telephone and Danny Strahan,
Eastern District present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to approve the following payroll warrants.

Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
RECESS
RECONVENE
The County Commission reconvened in the County Commission Office at 1:05
p.m. pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District,
and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to
RSMo 610.021 (14). Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motions passed by
vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
RECONVENE
3:26 p.m.
The County Commission reconvened in the County Commission Office at 3:26
p.m. pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District,
and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record.
MISSOURI DIVISION OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
LETTER OF SUPPORT
Presiding Commissioner Pennel made a motion to send a support letter to the
Missouri Division of Workforce Development for funding support to aid with career
training and development for health care professionals. Commissioner Strahan seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
