MINUTES
TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2018, 10:00 A.M.
TANEY COUNTY PLANNING OFFICE
207 DAVID STREET, FORSYTH, MO.
Call to Order:
Chairman Dan Boone called the meeting to order. A quorum was established
with two members present. They were Chairman Boone and new member David Herd.
Three members were on conference call, they were Tony Mullen, Howard Kitchen, and
Trent Edwards. Staff present; Scott Starrett and Bonita Kissee-Soutee.
Old and New Business:
#17-06V Brownbranch Holdings LLC; approved floodplain variance for restroom,
addition to restroom size. Mr. Starrett clarified the request. With no discussion a motion
was made by Mr. Edwards Seconded by Mr. Mullen. The vote to approve the change
was unanimous.
#17-14V Shepherd of the Hills Development; approved front setback variance,
modify approved front setback. Mr. Starrett clarified the request. Mr. Boone stated that
he looked at it and did not see any problems. Mr. Mullen made a motion to approve.
Seconded by Mr. Kitchen. The motion to approve was unanimous.
Adjournment:
With no other business on the agenda for February 28, 2018 the meeting
adjourned at 10:04.
