July 11, 2018 at 9:30 AM: Two sealed packages were received from the below listed firms,
regarding the above listed RFQ. These were opened per the instructions as detailed within
the RFQ. Shortly thereafter the Airport manager, Mike Mulnik invited the two responders to
make presentations to the selection committee.
August 1, 2018: Garver and Lochner each presented for 30 minutes and answered
questions for 15 minutes (One at 9:30 AM, the other at 10:30 AM). Using an overall
average, Garver LLC achieved the higher score. The evaluation process used was based
on a similar process being used by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT).
The two companies designated for presentations were rated on a previously weighed scale
by three members of a selection committee. The final scores were as follows:

August 13, 2018: Airport manager, Mike Mulnik, on behalf of the Taney County Airport
Board, requested the Taney County Commission to award to Garver LLC for future projects
at the Taney County Airport as MODOT Grants become available within the next five years.
A motion was made to award as such and the Commission passed it unanimously. Any
subsequent Agreements will be issued as needed with this award remaining in place until
August 13, 2023.
