Wednesday July 25, 2018: After opening response packages from the above listed companies, today, initial details were
noted and documented by Buildings & Grounds Supervisors Renee Brusca, Scott Terpening and myself. Both response
packages will be thoroughly reviewed by them. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday July 30, 2018.

Monday July 30, 2018: After a complete and thorough review, of the above responses by staff members at Buildings and
Grounds, we offer the following results with recommendation for award.
 Both responses qualified to participate with overall competitive pricing covering services of value for Taney County.
 Results listed above for the percentages and hourly rate items requested, on average, lean toward Specialty Air.
 Temperature Control has bid $2167.00 less for quarterly visits than Specialty Air. This is a significant difference.
 Temperature Control’s response time is listed in their above bid response as one hour less than Specialty Air.
 Temperature Control, as our current service provider, has proven to be even more responsive than above.
 Temperature Control, as our current EPM/CTC service provider, has software knowledge of our existing system.
 Temperature Control, overall - here, has offered competitive enough pricing responses to be awarded this bid.

Therefore, considering all of the above details, factors, and circumstances, we recommend Temperature Control of
Springfield, Missouri for this bid as the overall best choice for Taney County Missouri. A motion was made to award as
such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously to award as recommended. Any subsequent
Agreement will be issued for 12 months with four (4) one year renewals – per mutual agreement on pricing, etc., at the
time of each renewal period.
