Wednesday June 13, 2018: The details as listed above are from four (4) responses received for the
above listed RFB, opened in the Commission Hearing Room – in public, by myself and Road &
Bridge Supervisor Denzil Brown. Mr. Brown will deliver copies of each response to Mr. Devin Huff,
Road & Bridge Administrator, to complete a thorough review of all information. An agenda request
was made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission
on Monday June 25, 2018.

Monday June 25, 2018: Subsequent to a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, as listed
above, Mr. Huff recommended that our Rock Salt / De-Icing Materials needs be awarded to Central
Salt, LLC. of Lyons, Kansas as the low Bidder. A subsequent Agreement, post award, will be for one
year with a one year renewal option contingent on mutual pricing agreements, etc. at that time.

A motion was made to award as recommended and the Taney County Commission passed it
unanimously.
