Wednesday May 23, 2018: After opening response packages from the above listed companies, today, initial details were
noted and documented by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Devin Huff and myself. Both response packages will be
thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Huff. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation
for award to the Taney County Commission on Tuesday May 29, 2018.
Tuesday May 29, 2018: Both responses qualified to participate with overall competitive pricing covering services of value
to Taney County. As such Mr. Huff recommended to the Taney County Commission to award to Fabick Cat as primary
“Mechanic Services” provider, mainly due to their response covering more types of vehicles to supply service for, and
Murphy Tractor as secondary.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously to do so. A
subsequent Agreement will be issued for 12 months with three (3) one year renewals – per mutual agreement on pricing,
etc, at that time.
Thank you.

Director of Purchasing
