Wednesday April 11, 2018: After opening responses from the above listed companies, today, initial
details were noted and documented above by Taney County Recorder of Deeds Office Manager,
Reine Scofield and myself. Complete bid response packages will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr.
Robert Dixon, Taney County Recorder of Deeds upon his return from annual meetings. An agenda
request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney
County Commission on Monday April 23, 2018.
Monday April 23, 2018: The overall lowest bid response received was from Missouri Document
Solutions, LLC. of; Ozark, Mo. which stands as the best choice for the county after a thorough
review process by Mr. Dixon. Price as quoted includes delivery, training, installation / set-up. As
such Mr. Dixon hereby formally recommends, to the Taney County Commission, a motion to award
this bid to Missouri Document Solutions of; Ozark, Mo. as the lowest Bidder. Any subsequent
agreement shall commence on the date it is fully executed and terminate upon expiration of all
applicable warranties.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to Missouri Document Solutions of; Ozark, Mo.
