MARCH 19th, 2018 14™ DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the County Clerk’s Office at 2:27 p.m. with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the Emergency Commission meeting to order at 2:28
p.m.
This meeting was called to address an emergency Accounts Payable Issue to avoid a late
payment to a vendor.
Also present: Donna Neeley
Commissioner Williams moved to approve check #449042. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to void check #448914. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
