The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 9:02 a.m. with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

COMMISSION REMARKS
None

APPROVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #448660 thru #448680 and Checks #448682
thru #448725, and no warrants and journal entries. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to void Check #448681. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Previous Meeting Minutes for February 20th, 2018.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Previous Executive Meeting Minutes for February 20th,
2018. Presiding Commissioner Scofield seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (abstain), and Wyatt (aye).

BOARD OF EQUALIZATION APPOINTMENT
Presiding Commissioner Scofield stated there was one applicant for a 3 year term starting today
thru December 31st, 2020.

Commissioner Williams moved to appointment David Akers to the Board of Equalization from
February 26th, 2018 to December 31st, 2020. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to approve Task Order No.l with HDR Engineering.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams

TANEY COUNTY COLLECTOR - OUTLAWING 2014 PERSONAL PROPERTY
TAXES PER RSMO 140.730
Mona Cope, Taney County Collector, came before the commissioner to speak on Personal
Property that is still owed but has not been paid. Mrs. Cope is asking the Commission to outlaw
712 bills for a total of $75,962.40.

Commissioner Wyatt makes a motion to accept the Collectors 2014 Personal Property Tax List
to outlaw in the amount of $75,962.40 per statue 140.730. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

LETTER OF SUPPORT - DRUG COURT
Presiding Commissioner Scofield read a Letter of Support for Drug Court.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Letter of Support-Drug Court. Commissioner
Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and
Wyatt (aye).

MODOT MONTHLY UPDATE
No representative was present to present the update.
