Wednesday February 28, 2018: After opening responses from all of the above listed dealerships
today, Taney County Sheriff Jimmie Russell and I documented each response as listed above.
All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Sheriff Russell. An agenda request was made, and
approved, to deliver a recommendation for award on Tuesday March 6, 2018 to the Taney
County Commission.
Tuesday March 6, 2018: Sheriff Russell completed a thorough review of all bid responses,
including a few calls, resulting in his determination that Tri Lakes Motors is the lowest bid that
included all items requested. They also offered the only bid response that has a $0 deductible
on the warranty. Sheriff Russell then formally recommended; Tri-Lakes Motors at $38,899.00
each for this one (1) Ford F-150 “Responder” Patrol Vehicle.
The Commission thereafter voted unanimously to accept his recommendation and
awarded to Tri-Lakes Motors of Branson, Missouri.
