Wednesday February 28, 2018: Despite sending out direct bid invitations to all known
qualified Vendors, we only received one (1) response. Said response was opened in the
Commission Hearing Room, in public, after which a decision was made to allow a time
for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge Administrator Randy Haes
and Assistant Administrator Devin Huff. An agenda request was made, and approved,
to deliver a recommendation for award on Tuesday March 6, 2018 to the Taney County
Commission.
Tuesday March 6, 2018: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the
above listed bid. Above details as received within the single bid response were
presented to the Taney County Commission. Also a recommendation letter for award
from Mr. Huff was delivered to the Commission to award to Si Pre-Cast Concrete at the
above listed bid prices. A motion was made, by the Commission, to award as such, and
it passed unanimously.
