Wednesday February 14, 2018: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies
today, initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Administrator Randy Haes,
Devin Huff, and myself. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Road & Bridge Staff
employees. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal award
recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Tuesday February 20, 2018.
Tuesday February 20, 2018: The lowest bid response received was from Berry Tractor of
Springfield, Missouri. After a thorough review of all submitted responses Mr. Haes delivered his
recommendation to the Taney County Commission to award to Berry Tractor of; Springfield, Mo. as
the lowest, and best, Bidder per their response as listed above.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to Berry Tractor.
