JANUARY 12, 2006 THE 3RD DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 3:00 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District, and
Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and made a
matter of record.
COMPUTER SERVER
Presiding Commissioner Pennel made a motion to approve the purchase of a
computer server for the Sheriff’s Office due to an unforeseen event. Pennel added that
$3,000 would be taken from the Sheriff’s 800 accounts with a balance of approximately
$3,000 from Commission Equipment Line. Commissioner Herschend seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
