Wednesday November 8, 2017: This bid process resulted in only one qualified Vendor
response. Said response was opened, in public, after which a decision was made to
allow a time for a thorough review of said information by Scott Terpening & Renee
Brusca of Taney County Buildings & Grounds. An agenda request was made, and
approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award on Monday November 13,
2017.
Monday November 13, 2017: The Taney County Commission met in reference to the
above listed bid. Mr. Terpening, and myself, presented the details as received within the
single bid response, as listed above to the Taney County Commission. A motion was
made, by the Commission, to award this bid to Air & Water Solutions, Inc. of Columbia,
Mo. - and it passed unanimously.
