COMMISSION MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 22nd, 2017 14th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM

FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 6:40 p.m. with Mike Scofield
(absent), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

In the absence o f Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Deputy Clerk Ally Clemans swore in
Commissioner Williams as Temporary Presiding Commissioner.

MEETING WITH PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
Presiding Commissioner Williams called to order the Planning and Zoning Meeting at 6:42 p.m.

This was a meeting between the Taney County Commission, and the Taney County Planning and
Zoning Board. Discussion took place regarding Development Guidance Codes 4.7.6 (Certificate
o f Compliance) and 4.7.11 (Required Buffering).

ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Wyatt moved to adjourn. Presiding Commissioner Williams seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

7:36 a.m.
