DECEMBER 29, 2005 THE 27TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURNED TERM

The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 3:23 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
(via telephone) present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record.

LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT

Commissioner Strahan made a motion to approve a letter of engagement with
King Hershey Law Firm for work on the Branson Hills TIF Issue. Commissioner Pennel
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent),
Strahan (yes).
