COMMISSION MINUTES
AUGUST 23rd, 2017 9th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met at Hollister City Hall at 1:39 p.m. with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (absent), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: Hollister Administrator Rick Ziegenfuss, Assistant Administrator Denise Olmstead,
Angela Leist with the City o f Forsyth, Taney County Health Department Director Robert
Niezgoda, Animal Control Manager Sherry Simpson, a representative o f the Shepherd o f the
Hills Humane Society and the Police Chief o f Merriam Woods.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ANIMAL CONTROL TOUR
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called to order the Animal Control Tour meeting at 1:39 p.m.
Commissioner Williams arrived at 2:09 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Wyatt moved to adjourn. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURN
4:16 p.m.
