Thursday July 6, 2017: Regarding the above RFB - at 9:30 AM sealed responses from the
above listed companies were opened and documented as above. All information packages as
received will be reviewed by Taney County Clerk, Donna Neeley. *NOTE; It was immediately
determined that the enclosed sample from Input Technology does not conform with the
required specifications, therefore they were not qualified for consideration. An agenda request
has been submitted, and approved, for Monday July 24, 2017 to make a formal
recommendation for award in front of the Taney County Commission.
Monday July 24, 2017: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered,
Edward J. Rice Company, Inc. out of Springfield, Missouri was recommended to be awarded.

The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
