Wednesday March 22, 2017: After opening responses from the above listed
companies today, initial details were noted by Mr. Randy Haes, Road & Bridge
Administrator and myself. Mr. Haes will complete a thorough review of all responses
and formulate a recommendation. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to
deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday March
27, 2017.
Monday March 27, 2017: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Haes delivered the
above Bid results along with his recommendation for award to EAST
MANUFACTURING CORPORATION of; Randolph, Ohio as the low Bidder - to the
Taney County Commission. After some discussion a motion was made to award as
such and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously do so. This award, in the
amount of $92,400.00, is for two (2) complete Transfer / Tipping Trailer Units.
