Wednesday March 8, 2017: Despite bid invitations to numerous Dodge Car Dealers, and even a
reminder email, we only received one (1) response in time. Taney County Sheriff Jimmie
Russell and I documented that response as listed above. It will be thoroughly reviewed by
Sheriff Russell. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver his
recommendation for award on Monday March 13, 2017 to the Taney County Commission.
Monday March 13, 2017: Sheriff Russell completed a thorough review of said response which
he found to be totally in compliance with all required specifications. The Sheriff then
recommended for award Tri-Lakes Motors at $25,528.00 each, for two (2) vehicles.
The Commission thereafter voted unanimously to accept this recommendation and
awarded to Tri-Lakes Motors of Branson, Missouri – for both vehicles.
