Wednesday March 1, 2017: After opening responses from both of the above listed
companies today initial details were noted by Interim Road & Bridge Administrator,
Randy Haes, and myself. These responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An
agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Monday March 6, 2017.
Monday March 6, 2017: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Haes delivered the
above Bid results along with his recommendation to award to Metal Culverts, Inc., as
the low Bidder overall. A subsequent agreement will reflect the above prices for ongoing
purchases by Taney County on an “as needed” basis. The Taney County Commission
then voted unanimously to award as such.
