Wednesday March 1, 2017: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies today,
initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes and
myself. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An agenda request has been made,
and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday
March 6, 2017.
Monday March 6, 2017: After his thorough review process Mr. Haes delivered his recommendation
to the Taney County Commission to award to MHC Kenworth of: Springfield, Mo. as the lowest
Bidder per their response as listed above.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to MHC Kenworth of: Springfield, Mo.
