Wednesday February 15, 2017: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies
today in public, initial details were announced and documented by myself. All responses will be
thoroughly reviewed by Taney County Recorder of Deeds, Robert Dixon and his staff. A request
has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County
Commission on Monday February 27, 2017.
Monday February 27, 2017: After his thorough review I delivered Mr. Dixon’s recommendation to
the Taney County Commission to award to Ham Book Binding, Inc. of; Wright City, Mo. as the
lowest Bidder per their response as listed above. All four estimated delivery dates have also been
reviewed and deemed acceptable with this Vendor listing 3-5 weeks.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to Ham Book Binding, Inc. of; Wright City, Mo.
