Wednesday January 25, 2017: After opening responses received from the below listed Vendors, for
the above listed RFB, in the Commission Hearing Room – in public, a decision was made to allow a
time for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award on
Monday January 30, 2017. The below responses were read aloud and documented accordingly as
detailed below. RESULTS:

Monday January 30, 2017: After a thorough review by Randy Haes and other Road & Bridge Staff
Members, Mr. Haes recommended awarding to Republic Services as Primary and WCA as
Secondary. He supplied the Taney County Commission copies of the results information.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the results information after which a motion was made to
award as recommended, and it passed unanimously. Subsequent agreement sample will be
submitted, by Republic Services, to our Legal Department for our review. These services will be for a
two (2) year term.
