listed Vendors, for the above listed RFB, in the Commission Hearing Room – in public,
a decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of said information by Road
& Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes. An agenda request has been made, and
approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award on Monday November 14,
2016.

Monday November 14, 2016: Subsequent to a thorough review of the detailed pricing
offered, within each Bid Package Response received, Mr. Haes recommended an
award to MHC Kenworth of Springfield, Mo. as the low Bidder for this Two Ton Truck
Chassis - to the Taney County Commission. After discussion a motion to award to MHC
was made and it passed unanimously.
