Wednesday November 30, 2016: After opening responses received from the below
listed Vendors, for the above listed RFB, in the Commission Hearing Room – in public,
a decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of said information by Taney
County Environmental Services Director John Soutee. An agenda request has been
made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award on Monday
December 5, 2016.
RESULTS:
VENDORS TOTAL BID PRICE STRUCTURE

Boerman Septic Services of Forsyth, Mo. $8,190.00

S & S Septic Services of Forsyth, Mo. $7,170.00

Monday December 5, 2016: Subsequent to a thorough review of the detailed pricing
offered, within each Bid Package Response received, Mr. Soutee recommended an
award to S & S Septic Services of Forsyth, Mo. as the low Bidder - to the Taney County
Commission. After discussion a motion was made to award as such and it passed
unanimously.
