Wednesday October 5, 2016: Although this RFP was sent out to several qualified Vendors
only three (3) response packages were received. Taney County Airport Manager, Mike
Mulnik assisted me in opening all three (3). Manager Mulnik took possession of the
necessary amount of copies, of each response, for a thorough review process by the Taney
County Airport Board. Their review will include a point system rating. Upon completion of
their review a recommendation for award will be made to the Taney County Commission.
Wednesday October 12, 2016: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to
deliver said recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday October 17,
2016.
Monday October 17, 2016: The below table reflects the results as determined by the Taney
County Airport Board upon completion of their evaluation process required within
RFP#201609-350 for an Aviation Fuel Supplier. Based on the listed achieved point values,
combined with a “MARK UP %” requirement as asked for within the RFP, the Taney County
Airport Board has selected Naegler Oil Company for recommendation.

Taney County Airport Manager Mike Mulnik and I delivered said recommendation today to
the Taney County Commission. The Commission then voted unanimously to award as such.
The term for any subsequent agreement is expected to run 2 to 5 years.
