OCTOBER 20, 2005 THE 6TH DAY
OF THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 3:00 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District, and
Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and made a
matter of record.
BOYS CAMP ROAD
Commissioner Herschend made a motion to authorize Commissioner Danny
Strahan and/or Randy Haes, Road and Bridge to meet with the City of Rockaway Beach
and ask them to negotiate an easement on Boys Camp Road with Mr. Dietz for up to
$1,000.00. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (abstain).
