Wednesday April 27, 2016: After opening bid responses for the purchase of three (3)
pickup trucks for Road & Bridge, from all of the above dealerships today, Taney County
Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes and I documented each response as
listed above. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An agenda request
was made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for award on Monday May 2,
2016 to the Taney County Commission.
Monday May 2, 2016: The Taney County Commission met today to hear a
recommendation for award of this bid. After completing a thorough review of all
responses Mr. Haes recommended Tri-Lakes Motors as the low bidder, specific to their
response for 2016 year model pickup trucks, for award of this bid to purchase three (3)
extended cab pickup trucks.
A motion was made as such and The Taney County Commission then voted
unanimously to award to Tri-Lakes Motors of Branson, Mo. for the purchase of all three
(3) vehicles.
