Wednesday April 27, 2016: After opening bid responses for the purchase of a rather
large Muffler Exhaust System for Road & Bridge, from both responding Vendors today,
Taney County Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes and I documented
each response as listed above. Both responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr.
Haes. An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for
award on Monday May 2, 2016 to the Taney County Commission.

Monday May 2, 2016: After completing a thorough review of both responses Mr. Haes
recommended, to the Taney County Commission, Springfield Freightliner Sales as the
low bidder for award of this bid.

A motion was made as such and The Taney County Commission then voted
unanimously to award to Springfield Freightliner Sales of; Springfield, Mo.
