Wednesday March 16, 2016: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies
today, initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy
Haes and myself. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An agenda request has
been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission
on Monday March 21, 2016.
Monday March 21, 2016: The lowest bid response received was from Larson Farm & Lawn which
stands as the best choice for the county after a thorough review process by Mr. Haes, as well as
adjusting both amounts to reflect increases for extended warranties. As such Mr. Haes
recommended to the Taney County Commission to award to Larson Farm & Lawn of; Rogersville,
Mo. as the lowest Bidder per costs as listed above, for the purchase of two units totaling
$210,440.94.
A motion was made to award as such and The Taney County Commission then voted unanimously
to award to Larson Farm & Lawn.
