SEPTEMBER 30, 2005 THE 30TH DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission via conference call at 8:30 a.m. pursuant to adjourn with
Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. Ron Herschend,
Western District was absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of
record.
TITLE III PROJECTS
Presiding Commissioner Pennel made a motion to reserve 16% of the payment of
National Forest receipts for Title III projects. Commissioner Strahan seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
