Wednesday February 17, 2016: After opening responses from both of the above listed
companies today initial details were noted by Interim Road & Bridge Administrator,
Randy Haes, and myself. These responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An
agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Monday February 22, 2016.
Monday February 22, 2016: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Haes delivered
the above Bid results along with his recommendation to award to Metal Culverts, Inc.,
as #1 and Viebrock as #2 due to the responses being only $6.90 apart. The Taney
Commission voted unanimously to award as such.
