Wednesday November 25, 2015: After two full Bid efforts and contacting Vendors, we
were able to receive one response which we opened today. The below information was
received and documented with Buildings & Grounds Administrator, Renee Brusca.
Renee then took a copy of the full Bid response for a more thorough review. An agenda
request has been made, and approved, for Monday December 7, 2015 in order to
deliver an award recommendation.

The response from Ozarks Food Equipment, along with the above pricing, also included
all required forms signed and/or initialed. Their references are very impressive and
specific to the needs we are looking for. Also they have been a Vendor on file with
Taney County with a very satisfactory work record.
Monday December 7, 2015: The Taney County Commission met today to hear an
award recommendation for the above listed item, via RFB#201510-317 for Appliance
Repair services for the Jail using a “Term & Supply” contract arrangement. Subsequent
to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, we recommended; Ozarks Food
Equipment of; Springfield, Mo. for award. A motion was made to award as such and the
Commission passed it unanimously. Timeframe for this contract is expected to run 36
months starting as of today.
