Wednesday September 9, 2015: After opening all responses received for the above
listed RFB, in the Commission Hearing Room – in public, a decision was made to allow
a time for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator
Randy Haes. Thereafter an agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a
recommendation for award on Monday September 14, 2015.
Monday September 14, 2015: A thorough review of all of the below responses required
a call for clarification by Mr. Haes as detailed in the table below. Subsequently the
qualifying results indicate a recommendation for award to Scurlock Industries of
Springfield, Mo. as the low Bidder meeting all required specifications within the RFB. As
such Mr. Haes made his formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission for
award to Scurlock Industries. After a few questions a motion was made to award as
such and the Commission passed it unanimously.
